Lifesize's deployment of Jive-x helps increase customer loyalty with a robust online solution where thousands of customers and partners can collaborate and share advice and industry insights related to video communication.

A division of Logitech, Lifesize launched Lifesize Cloud, its software-as-a-service product, last year and began making a cultural shift to put customers at the forefront of the business. As part of this transition, Lifesize streamlined its support, training and partner enablement applications into a unified, mobile-enabled community and knowledge base for customers.

In addition, Jive's integration with Salesforce enables customers and partners to open support tickets directly from the community.
